When “Motivation Monday” hits like a freight train… 😵‍💫🔥

I submitted this entry yesterday for a weekly creative challenge hosted by Alexander Esau over on LinkedIn — the . I’ve been wanting to jump in for a while, and this week’s theme, “Busy (Business) Monsters,” was just too good to resist.

Meet my monster:
A caffeinated catastrophe with rage-tinted eyeballs, drowning in error messages, sticky notes, spreadsheets, and general workplace chaos. The printer’s on fire, the phones won’t stop ringing, and someone still scheduled a meeting that could’ve been an email.

Behind him? The only coworker who's keeping it together — emotionally detached and sipping coffee like it’s none of his apocalyptic business.

👉 "Biggest Pivotal Moment That Shifted My Path"

I never had a traditional career—I worked to survive. But if I had to pinpoint a pivotal decision, it would be this:

Choosing to bet on myself.

For years, I worked jobs that paid the bills but didn’t align with who I was. I tried different paths, gained skills, and kept searching for something that truly felt right. The shift happened when I decided to create instead of just work—to use my skills in AI branding and immersive meditation to build something meaningful.
It hasn’t been easy, but it’s the first time I feel like I’m working toward something, rather than just in something.

Would I call it my best decision? Maybe. But I know this—it’s the one that finally feels aligned. 💫
