ABOUT MAGEN Magen is a recognized leader in the integrative wellness world, having developed a unique and holistic approach that blends her experience as a competitive athlete, fitness and yoga instructor, and wellness consultant. For over two decades, Magen has dedicated herself to creating innovative and integrative programs to help high achievers and frequent travelers live more balanced, healthier lives. Her techniques manage stress, help recover from chronic back pain and swap medications and bad habits for healthy eating, exercise, sleep and stress management routines.
Based in New York City, Magen frequently travels around the world to work with her clients in small groups and one-on-one, as well as hosting workshops and wellness retreats. Part coach, part curator, Magen's wellness programs – which are supported by a custom app to help keep her clients on track – and retreats are designed to help her clients optimize their nutrition and mind/body performance. Magen’s unique program is comprised of a series of healthy living protocols, exercises, stretches, and actionable steps and tools which clients can customize for their own goals and lifestyle.
What makes Magen's approach so unique is that she addresses mental, emotional and spiritual fitness as well as physical fitness.
Mindful living is the first of her "7 Essential Habits" which make up the foundation of her programs. Magen provides clients with a toolkit to implement the Optimal Mind Body Program protocols. This includes webinars, exercises and multiple daily reminders. The result is that Magen's clients increase their emotional intelligence - the ability to be happier and to lead more fulfilling lives.
