Navigating insurance options can feel overwhelming when seeking therapy. At Purposeful Living NYC, we accept several major insurance plans through Headway and Alma to make access to trauma-focused therapy easier for you.

Accepted plans include Aetna (PPO, EPO, Student Resources), Cigna (PPO, Open Access, Wellfleet), United Healthcare (excluding Community Plans), United Healthcare Oxford, Oscar, and UMR.

Please note we do not accept Medicaid, Marketplace, HMO plans, or 1199 plans under Aetna.

Knowing your options helps you focus on healing, not paperwork. Reach out if you want to learn more about which plans might work for you.
