There are no coincidences. I truly believe if you want something the Universe conspires to help you achieve it. (Paulo Cuehlo-The Alchemist.) One word, chance meeting, friend, teacher, or mentor can change the trajectory of your life.

My journey, from the Midwest to NYC, discovering my talents as an aerialist, dancer, and yogi was miraculous and unplanned. It was and is divine intervention that propels me forward. Every step feels magical and purposeful.

I am thrilled to move to another plateau. I am delighted to share, I am now a part of the team as a Nike NYC Trainer/Instructor! embraces a holistic approach to fitness including yoga, mindfulness, and breath work.
