25 Years, 25 Tips

06/20/2025

Excited to share I had a call with my editor yesterday, and the official publication date for my book is October 6, 2026 🌟
The audiobook will be released simultaneously.

Meetings with the Simon & Schuster sales team will be this fall and then we'll know which bookstores will carry it.

The book will be available for pre-order on Amazon starting February 2026, and that's when we'll begin generating interest ; )
So stay tuned.

I'm so grateful for my wonderful team, family, friends, and colleagues who have supported me along the way! 💫🌟✨

Final Day: Resonance

SBG East Meets West & Beyond ✨💫✨ Hard to capture how truly amazing this past week has been. Thank you Natasha and the entire SBG team for curating this incredible experience, and to Lord and Lady Northampton for providing us with a sanctuary for healing, wellness and community. We sure are a lucky bunch ; )
With deepest gratitude, and love, from the bottom of my heart. 🩷

Self-care is Self-repair. When life throws us into the deep end, like caring for a hospitalized parent while also supporting a spouse recovering from a stroke, it can bring us to the outer banks of what we feel we can manage. I've found myself leaning into self-care these last few weeks and have been reminded that prioritizing mental health and well-being is not just essential—it's a lifeline.

5 tips for prioritizing your well-being when life gets challenging:

First, carve out moments for self-care, whether it’s getting a chair massage or a brisk walk; these little breaks can recharge your spirit.

Second, establish a support system—don’t hesitate to lean on friends, family, or even professional support groups, as sharing your burdens can lighten the load.

Third, practice mindfulness or meditation to center your thoughts, helping to alleviate anxiety.

Fourth, maintain a routine that includes healthy meals and sufficient sleep, as nourishment for both body and mind is crucial.

Finally, don’t forget to celebrate small victories; each step forward, no matter how minor, is a testament to your resilience.

Embrace these strategies or reach out to learn more about ways to foster the strength and resilience you need to navigate challenging times. A Path Toward Recovery is here to provide tailored recovery wellness coaching support.

Remember, self-care is self-repair.
