Most people think stress is something that happens inside their head.

But stress is influenced by what’s happening around you too.

Your environment.
Your routines.
Your systems.
What you’re holding onto.
What no longer fits your life but still takes up space.

All of that carries energy.

When your external systems don’t support you, your internal energy works overtime just to cope. That’s when overwhelm, decision fatigue, and constant pressure start to feel normal.

This is why managing stress isn’t about pushing harder or trying to “be better.”

It’s about understanding how energy moves through your life and creating systems that support it instead of draining it.
