I'm starting this page because I hate diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, dementia, obesity and the list goes on.My goal is to bring a light to the very things that discourage us in being the best we can be. That includes our physical health and how we see ourselves. My goal is to be transparent and help save one life at a time through education and changing individual mindsets for the better. Be polite and respectful and let's grow healthy mentally, and physically together.
