Trivia time! Can you name one of the most common rock climbing injuries? 🤔

If you guessed rotator cuff tears, you’re correct! Climbers spend a great deal of time with their arms extended over their shoulders, putting stress on tendons which can cause them to tear. Physical therapy (along with ice and plenty of rest!) can be super helpful during the healing process, helping your shoulders regain their full range of motion so you can get back into action! 🧗‍♂️

"MOTION has helped me immensely. First when I had an issue with my back and hip---saving me from surgery!! Then after being diagnosed for the second time with cancer. I was afraid of getting too deconditioned and just wanting to rest. My therapist let me take my time and go at my own pace, and I'm feeling much better than anyone expected me to. I think a big part of that is staying active in a controlled supportive environment. I would highly recommend this group for your physical therapy needs! I'm off to go kayaking now!! Something I surely wouldn't be doing without this group!"
