For Maria Soriano, Community Health Worker Field Supervisor, family has always come first. Growing up in an Ecuadorian household, Maria learned the strength of unity in a home filled with loved ones. Today, she carries those lessons into her work, supporting families through challenges and guiding fellow community health workers with patience, respect, and understanding. Her journey reminds us how culture and family values continue to inspire the care we provide.
