diving into this loaded acai bowl to kick off the week😎🖤 protein packed + full of all the healthy fats, fruits, & veggies + even snuck some collagen in for those skin & gut benefits👌the perfect post workout refuel!!

BLEND: 1 frozen acai pack (from ), 1/2 frozen banana, large handful frozen blueberries, frozen cauli rice, 1/2 frozen avo🥑(makes it extra creamy), spoonful creamy cashew butter, collagen, 1/2 scoop of protein powder, & sprinkle of cinnamon ✨ (no liquid added to keep it nice ‘n creamy - be patient when blending)!!

TOPPINGS🍌: sliced banana, fresh strawberries, granola, cacao nibs, chia seeds, spoonful of cashew butter, & drizzled honeyy 🤤🍯💫

PUMPKIN PIE COLLAGEN OATS 🎃🤤✨ready in 15 min or less & a protein packed way to start your day 💪

PUMPKIN OAT BASE: bring 1/2 cup gluten free oats + 1 cup water + 2 tsp pumpkin spice + 1 scoop collagen to boil. Bring down to simmer & mix in 1/4 cup pumpkin purée + dash of almond milk + 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1 tbsp maple syrup for a few minutes until creamy✨

Top off with CARAMELIZED BANANAS 🍌(sear sliced bananas on medium heat in melted coconut oil + dash of cinnamon for a couple min each side until golden✨) + granola + h**p seeds (for extra protein) + cacao nibs + blueberries + a creamy spoonful of almond butter 🤤

Avo toast (obvi 🥑😉) w/ poached eggs & beetroot hummus 💗, buckwheat pancakes w/ CARAMELIZED BANANAS + sliced berries 🥞🍌✨ with a matcha latte on the side 🍵💫 so so good def a must try!!

TRIPLE LAYER PUMPKIN PIE BARS 🙃🎃👏✨ too soon for fall recipes?? if so idc bc getting way too excited over here for all things fall 🙊 made with 10 simple ingredients & ready in 20 min! full tutorial in stories 💛

✨GRANOLA LAYER: blend 1 bag of pumpkin granola + 1/2 cup melted coconut oil until creamy & pourable. Pour into parchment paper lined pan & spread evenly. Freeze.

🎃PUMPKIN PIE LAYER: in large bowl mix: 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/3 cup pumpkin purée, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/3 cup coconut flour, & 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, & 1/2 tsp ginger ✨ spread evenly on top of granola layer & use parchment paper to press down for mess free hands! Pop back in freezer.

🍫CHOCOLATE LAYER: microwave bowl with 1 cup dark chocolate chips, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, & 1 tbsp creamy almond butter. Stir until fully melted. Pour over pumpkin pie layer and spread evenly quick before chocolate layer hardens! Pop back in freezer until hardened.

➡️use sharp knife to cut into square sized bars & ENJOY 🤗🎃💛
