So many times we feel like we have to know everything and present ourselves as perfect to be successful. Instead, showing our vulnerability is almost a super power. When you're vulnerable you're "real" and people can see the human, not the entrepreneur or CEO. People connect with other people. They want to help them, they want to be friends with them, and they even want to fund them. So, the next time things are falling apart, be vulnerable and admit that you're not perfect and could use some help. You AND your business will benefit!
