A yoga practice is a way to keep chipping at the patterns, embrace your whole self with Love and enjoy the movement!

The voice of the body has many outlets. All the systems have their ways of communicating. To attend to the tensions, and allow them to release is to get deeper to the source of their origin. Shoulder stand - a la Iyengar and Alexander technique. Supported sacrum with a block and strap around to support the legs with blocks underneath the lower legs allows the front body to open and to let the blood flow to nourish the thyroid.
Weaving Yoga in with the regular Alexander lessons is to target certain areas and assist the whole pattern to open.
Practicing for 30 years has opened my bodymind and spirit and I have been teaching it since 2000.
