✨ Exciting News ✨
I’ve been invited to share my journey and expertise in an upcoming interview, and the topic is one that is deeply close to my heart: “Self-Healing Disease Naturally.” 🌿💚
For nearly 20 years, I’ve lived the raw vegan lifestyle and combined it with fitness, mindset, and holistic practices to support not only my health but also the health of countless women I’ve worked with. I truly believe the body has an incredible ability to heal itself when we create the right environment—through food, movement, and emotional release.
In this interview, I’ll be sharing:
🌱 How raw foods and juicing support the body’s natural healing process
💪 The role of fitness and movement in reversing decline
🧠 Why mindset and emotional wellness are key to lasting transformation
This is more than just health—it’s about reclaiming your power, your energy, and your life.

I see so many Black women over 40 neglecting their health, and I’m here to remind you that YOU deserve to thrive, not just survive. 🙌

Taking care of our health is not only about looking good—it’s about feeling good and ensuring that we can live our lives to the fullest. Here are 3 important reasons why Black women over 40 should prioritize exercise, nutrition, and self-care:

🍏Higher Risk of Chronic Diseases:
Black women over 40 are at a higher risk for conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension. Regular exercise and a balanced diet can reduce the risk of developing these diseases by improving blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and insulin sensitivity. Staying active can significantly lower your chances of chronic illness and improve long-term health outcomes.
❤️Weight Management:
As we age, maintaining a healthy weight can become more challenging, and Black women are often affected by genetic and social factors that make it harder to manage weight. Exercise and a nutrient-dense, balanced diet can help prevent obesity-related health problems, such as diabetes, heart disease, and joint issues. Consistent movement helps with fat loss, muscle building, and boosting metabolism.
😊Mental and Emotional Well-Being:
Exercise isn’t just good for the body—it’s essential for mental health too. Regular physical activity reduces stress, anxiety, and depression. For Black women over 40, who often face additional societal pressures and stressors, taking care of your physical health through exercise and proper nutrition is one of the best ways to protect your mental health. Taking time for yourself is not selfish; it’s necessary.
Ladies, it’s time to take control of your health. Start small, stay consistent, and prioritize YOU. 💪💖

Hey beautiful souls, welcome to my page! 🌿💪

For those who are new here—hi, I’m Delilah. I’m a fitness trainer, neuroscience coach, life coach, and hypnotherapist with over 30 years in the fitness industry. For the past 20 years, I’ve also been living and teaching a raw vegan lifestyle—and it’s completely transformed my health and my life.

I chose the wellness industry because I believe true health is the foundation for everything. After seeing how nutrition, movement, and mindset could change lives—including my own—I knew I had to share this with as many people as possible.

The raw vegan lifestyle has been my personal path to vibrant energy, glowing skin, and a deep sense of well-being. Pair that with strength training, mindful movement, and inner work, and you have the recipe for lifelong transformation.

Here, you’ll find:
💪 Fitness tips for women over 40
🥗 Raw vegan recipes & juicing inspiration
🧠 Mindset tools to help you break old patterns
💬 Real talk about health, healing, and living fully

I’m evolving, shifting, and making peace with pieces of my past.I’m learning to forgive—not because what happened was okay, but because I deserve the freedom that comes with letting go.Old thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that once felt safe are no longer my home. They’ve served their purpose, and now it’s time to set them down.I’m gentle with myself in this process.I give myself permission to release what no longer serves me, and to walk forward lighter, softer, and more aligned with who I’m becoming.✨ This is growth. This is healing. This is me.
