Happy first day of Spring! Take 2 bc deleted 🙃: Last day of 2025 vibes; personally, one of the most difficult since 2018 for numerous reasons...yet, life is always an ebb & flow to ride the waves upon & grateful for the highlights: teaching (2000+ hours), travel, country concerts, writing, the beautiful Earth, nature, sea, sky we inhabit...plus, being a "halfsie", I still have another Chinese New Year aka fresh start in Feb to change the tides even more 🙃🙏🏻

Happy belated birthday post (last week) reflecting on this past and upcoming trip around the sun, tapping into the transformative power of prayer, shifting energy, self-care by curating a sacred space around the areas where you spend the most time; for me, that's surrounding myself with my namesake, crystals and a Crystal ball, along with candles, fresh flowers & plants (the Crystal palace jungle forest🙃), himalayan salt lamps, palo santo, visualization boards and, more recently, this cross lightbulb from ~ I love that it also serves as a reminder of my opportunity spent in Rio de Janeiro viewing , one of the wonders of the world 🌍 💖🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♀️

Happy SaturYAY! Amazing having a weekend of workshops with my incredible teacher (of the past 14! yrs) & fellow ~ very grateful for his eternal radiant energy, guidance, wisdom, the opportunity to have had assisted him when I first became an instructor almost a decade ago (!), continuously learning, always evolving 🧘🏻‍♀️🔮💖
And, with my soon-to-be birthday looming this week, realized I've been practicing yoga more of my life on this Earth than not (shout out to my HS front desk at Alan Finger's YogaZone), taught in 8ish states & 4 countries, focusing on functional anatomy, alignment, breathwork curated to students' unique needs w an emphasis on private & first responders, wrote my first book integrating yoga, breathwork, chakras, etc., along with countless articles/featured in the wellness, beauty, lifestyle space; all these reflective words to express that when you're having an anxious &/or rough go of it period (and we all have them, ie. having had to cancel/postpone a bday trip/tradition to my lost favorite place on this Earth pictured here), flipping the internal script/narrative to shift energy, prioritize being present in the , & breathe can recalibrate your mind, body, spirit 🙏🏻
