Turquoise for grounding.
White for clarity.
Pink for love.
Diamond for strength.

I’ve always been drawn to pieces that feel intentional—
a reminder of how you want to feel when you wear them. Available via DM.

Ralph Lauren has always been my favorite creative.

I think it goes back to all the time I spent in Colorado as a kid—it’s still my favorite place.

There’s something about that world that just feels like me.

I put that feeling into each turquoise piece I create. 🩵

I saw this from Reese Witherspoon and I agree-

….new things are scary - It’s easier to avoid when something feels unfamiliar.

I did the same thing at first.

But once I started using ChatGPT, it wasn’t overwhelming—
it actually made things easier… it even helped me quiet my mind and change my daytime routine so I could start sleeping again! Life changing!

And the truth is, if we want to stay connected—
to the world, to our kids, to our grandchildren—
we have to be willing to keep challenging ourselves and learning.

Lately I’ve been thinking about how hard it is to actually hear your own intuition.

There’s just so much noise—
social media, advice, what to eat, how to sleep, what
to take…
But lately, something shifted.

I stopped chasing every sleep hack, every supplement, every “expert” opinion
(except magnesium glycinate and collagen -they’re staying!)

And something changed.

When my days feel calmer and more in tune with my true self —
I sleep better.
I don’t crave sugar.
I have more energy.

It’s not coming from something external.
It’s coming from being more connected to myself.

And what’s interesting is…
when you’re that connected, you don’t just understand yourself better—
you actually start to see other people more clearly too.

That matters in life.
In relationships.
And definitely in coaching.

It’s something I’m starting to teach/coach more intentionally (1:1) and the best part….its so FREEING!!

I’m opening this up for the first time.

I’ve had so many people ask me over the years how I learned to coach.

The truth is—
it’s not about following an expensive cookie-cutter program.

It’s about learning how to connect with people.
Understanding where they’re stuck.
And helping them move forward.

There is a process—
but a lot of it is intuition, and learning how to really see people.

That’s what I’ll be teaching.

This will be 1:1.

If you’ve ever thought about becoming a coach,

👉 DM me for details.

Is anyone else watching Love on the Spectrum?

I was literally bawling (happy tears) after watching the finale last night.

There’s something so beautiful about the purity and innocence—
the way they show up, the way the parents love them, the way they treat each other.

It’s such a powerful reminder…

We don’t need to be so guarded.
We don’t need to overthink everything.

What if we were just more open and real?

Because when we are—
we meet the right people.
We create real connection.
We stop second-guessing everything.

That’s how things actually start to fall into place.

And honestly… this is a common theme with so many people I work with.

Who’s watching?

I have days like this too.

Where I feel off, low, not myself… and my mind immediately wants to figure out why.

I used to go straight into analyzing it.

Now I don’t.

I let it be what it is—and it passes.

One thing that really helps me is staying in my routine—
not because it fixes everything, but because it keeps me grounded enough to not spiral.

And what’s interesting is when I talk to clients who start by saying they feel depressed…

by the end of the conversation, we usually realize it’s just an off day.

The spiral is what makes it worse.

Not every feeling needs to be figured out.

Sometimes it’s just something to move through.

Knowing the difference—and how to move through it—changes everything.

03/26/2026

Listening to that today made me realize -

I think we’ve gotten so used to second guessing ourselves…

asking other people what they think,
needing reassurance,
overthinking every decision.

Whether it’s about health, relationships, your lifestyle, your career…

at a certain point it disconnects you from your own intuition.

Confidence isn’t knowing everything—
it’s trusting yourself enough to decide what feels right for you.

I’ve been thinking about this lately…

Did anyone else see Kristen Wiig on the red carpet at the ACTOR (Sag) AWARDS ? She was glowing!

And sure, maybe she did something to her face, maybe she has a trainer — all of that helps. But the real glow usually comes from loving your life, having a sense of purpose, and doing things that matter to you.

When you see someone glowing like that, it reminds us of the feeling we all want — to feel inspired, have good energy, and feel good about our lives and relationships.

One of my passions is writing. I just finished writing a TV pilot, and honestly writing it was the easy part. Sending it out to Hollywood was much scarier.

But I did it. And that feeling when you finally do the thing you’ve been wanting to do? That’s the glow.

That’s my favorite thing to help people with.

I’ve been working with individuals, couples, and even college students who don’t want their moms as therapists — and honestly the parents don’t want that either — for 15 years.

And now that my script is circulating in Hollywood, I’m opening five private coaching spots.

Feel free to DM or email me if you’d like to talk.

I needed new make up so instead of buying “the usual” I decided to make it an experience, and it was a great one! The people we surround ourselves with and the energy/attitude we show up with matters! I loved and - they are so talented but more importantly-so cool and kind! Focusing on what we like about ourselves as opposed to what we don’t makes all the difference! Inner beauty is the goal-enhancing that beauty is the icing on the cake! I highly recommend a makeover at !
