This summer has been anything but normal for me and lately I have just been feeling - blah. I am going to do a Fall Fresh Start cleanse to slough off the last few months and get my body prepared for the holiday and cold and flu season. Doing a cleanse is always better when you have someone to do it with so if you feel like me and you just want to hit the re-fresh button let me know and I can give you more information. I am planning on starting Thursday September 15th and trust me it is nothing crazy - I don't do crazy.

Miracle Noodles! If you can get past the initial smell these are actually really good. Paired them up with turkey meatballs and marinara! Yum!
