Waking up at 2:00 AM (or in my case, 4:00 AM) and feeling like you’re "on" is the most frustrating feeling. 💤

Recently, I needed a nap after the chaotic busyness of the holidays and many wake-ups beyond my control. With the weight of my blanket, the pressure of my cat as she purred against my legs, and my dog resting his head on my side, I felt the perfect snuggle and didn’t move for the entire hour and a half.

That’s just what tonight’s “Get Back To Sleep Meditation” is all about: Snuggle Time. Your body deserves to remember it's safe to rest. We’re using gentle visualizations to soothe the nervous system and help you fall back asleep fast, as you connect with the soothing pressure and warmth of a cuddle.

No stress, no overthinking—just cozy moments to help you fall back asleep fast. It’s time to dream away. ☁️✨

The new year started with a spark of magic as my 7-year-old niece came to visit. We spent a frigid evening at Bryant Park, the ice gleaming and the Empire State Building towering behind us in festive red, white, and green lights.
As she gets older, I hope she finds that same sense of balance and freedom I feel on the ice. I was never a lover of winter. It’s taken the magic of this sanctuary (where I get to work from my cozy home rather than outdoor on a shoot) and a very focused intent to find things that make me feel vibrant and inspired.

That feeling of "doing winter right" is exactly what inspired tonight’s new story. I wanted to explore how we can embrace the cold and find healing in the stillness rather than just waiting for the season to pass. 🧚✨

In our very first sleep story of the year, we journey to a shimmering, frigid land to visit three fairy sisters. They are playful, wise, and ready to show you the magic of the season and share their healing talents. Against the backdrop of falling snow and a crackling fire, they’ll help you find your own sense of balance and peace.

"The Winter Fairies" is available to stream tonight! 🧚‍♀️

Tonight brings our last sleep story of 2025! ✨

This week’s release is a bit of a love letter to the timeless community of Greenwich Village. I’ve spent this entire holiday weekend teaching in that neighborhood and as the year draws to a close, I wanted to leave you with a story inspired by the special charm that the darker winter months bring. As I stepped outside into a snowstorm on Friday night, the streets were quiet and woodsmoke lingered in the air and I just wished I could invite you all along to enjoy its beauty.

Step inside a cozy townhouse library, escape the modern rush, and settle in for the classic tale “The Last Leaf” by O. Henry as rain patters on the windows. It’s the perfect way to slow down and find some peace before we step into the new year.

Pull on your plush socks, find your favorite blanket, and let’s dream away one last time in 2025. 💤

Day 20 🎁 December Days of Hope ✨ is all about the power of pursuing your passion at any age and the importance of staying in motion. After seeing the incredible June Squibb today in Marjorie Prime, I was so deeply moved by her performance. 🎭

At 96 years old, she completely defies the expectations the world often places on us. She is a living reminder that we can continue to create, grow, and shine no matter where we are in our journey. 🌟 I hope we can all follow our passions in the coming year!
