STRONGER TOGETHER
***IMPORTANT CORRECTION— My cousin who lives in Arizona just told me that it was the University of Arizona, NOT Arizona State University, where the chanting happened! I apologize to ASU! I don’t know how I made that mistake! Every article I read said Arizona, and my brain told me Arizona State. Super embarrassed! May redo the video, because I think the ultimate message is important.

Your pain is real. It needs a real solution.

I am a licensed massage therapist who specializes in what I call Integrative Sports Massage. I am trained in many different approaches to massage, and I tailor each session by using the techniques and pressure most appropriate for your specific needs. Whether you want to relax, address specific areas of tension, or manage your recovery from an injury, I can help.

I have been practicing massage full time since 1997. I have have worked in many parts of the world and at 5-Star Properties like the La Prairie Spa at the Ritz-Carlton on Central Park South. I spent 6 years teaching Western and Eastern approaches to massage at the Swedish Institute in Manhattan. I was part of the Sports Massage Therapy Team for the athletes at the U.S. Tennis Open for two years, and at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. Finally, I have built a private practice in Manhattan, which is where I spend all of my time, now. Due to the presence of Covid -19 in the community, I have incorporated procedures and protocols to maximize safety and to minimize risk. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me or to send a private message.
