Greetings on this summer solstice season!

I'll be teaching a live class on Zoom today at 4:15 PM ET. Hope you can join us!

I understand that this time isn't always convenient for everyone, so we've created an annual membership that provides access to an archive of my recorded classes.

This library will continually grow, with new content and classic favorites added regularly. The classes are broken into bite-sized pieces, allowing you to do as much or as little as you like at your own pace.
