Hello all. What a long time it’s been. Thank you for being an amazing community. Your determination and togetherness is what helps us all to lift each other up.

Life has an interesting path for all of us. Often, it isn’t the one we had laid out for ourselves, right?

The last couple of years have changed so much of life. Our normal two years ago is no longer our normal now.

Of course Covid has impacted that normal and changed many of our lives forever. What is also true is that two years is a long enough stretch to change our normal anyway.

Taking a break to reset and reevaluate life when big change happens is often necessary. Navigating new, uncharted waters can require all of your focus.
For myself, that is what has been I’ve been doing.

Maybe some of you have been doing the same. I applaud you for taking the time and attention needed to tune in. It‘s hard to give ourselves permission to do what’s right for us.

These years have been an opportunity for us to grow and become aware of what life truly means for us and define what is most important to us. At the same time, maybe we were struggling or feeling lost or lonely. Even though it’s hard to see in those challenging times, we are still growing and mophing in our own way to who we are becoming.

Becoming a mom has been a true transformation for me in many ways over the past 3 years. It has been filled with wonderful and trying obstacles, and some of the best and hardest times so far in my life. I’m slowly, but certainly realizing that I wouldn’t want it any other way.

I hope for all of you that life has been beautiful and hard. Without the hard it would be impossible to see the best, most magical moments.

I just can’t help myself. Look at the all encompassing joy shining from the beautiful babe.

This is a challenging time for all of us. The magnitude of where this will go is unforeseen and scary. Although, we will face sadness, challenges, and loss there is still joy around each of us.
Find your joy and hold it tight. Count your blessings and look for the beauty around you.

This is my tiny house. This is where I will be spending most of my time for the next six weeks. How do you not go stir crazy?!?!?
For our family, the plan is to stay moving, change up the scenery somehow, eat well, and create joy in each day.

So many push-ups 💪💪💪 makes for a strong body and mind.

Today’s workout: 3-5 rounds
8 push-ups
8 squats
8 speed skaters
8 rolling planks

Keep it simple, yet challenging and be consistent with movement daily. If you do that, someday soon you’ll see a stronger, healthier, happier you staring back in the mirror.

You’re worth it, make it happen!
