This workshop is designed to help you emerge from Winter hibernation and move into the creative energy and playfulness of Spring, so that you can find your balance once again too.

🌸You will be guided through movement/dance therapy exercises to explore your creativity, connect to your vitality, and to your joy. Through guided visualization meditation, you will explore the possibility of new beginnings or renewed effort towards your goals for the next few months.

A Moment of (Wintery) Mindfulness for you today, before Spring arrives.

Stop scrolling & take a few deep breaths. Turn on your sound. Let yourself really hear the dripping snow and birds calling. Take in the view of the majestic snow covered trees. Let yourself imagine what it might smell like and feel like there. Let yourself become immersed in the experience. You can repeat this for as long as you like.

Being in nature is an important form of self-care for me, so I often record videos to look back on when I’m not able to get outside. Does anyone else do this? You can let me know in the comments!

I have hunch that you may be feeling more anxious than usual these days, to say the least.

Beyond worrying, anxiety often manifests physically in our BODIES. Take some time to notice how you’re feeling physically right now. If you notice any of these symptoms of anxiety in your body, take a moment to breath deeply & gently stretch or move your body. Even if it’s for just 1 minute! Make a plan to engage in an activity that brings you comfort sometime this week.

Honor yourself as we approach the longest night of the year with self-care through movement, guided meditation, and journaling designed to help you tap into the quiet energy of Winter.

The Winter Solstice is a time to honor slowing down for renewal and self reflection, while also looking toward the future and the returning sunlight, as the days grow longer and brighter from here on out.
