This is so true. Discomfort is often the price we pay for growing out of our old patterns and outdated unfulfilling ways of being. Let’s be real, no one wants to feel pain and discomfort, if we could skip it, we would. We don’t want to be seen in discomfort. Feel the discomfort of taking off your masks and be brave enough to be real and authentic. Growth and expansion are not for the faint of heart. Discomfort is part of the journey and when we are able to face it, sit with , and embrace it as part of the journey life takes on a new meaning, and we find out we are bigger than any situation we may be facing. It takes courage and faith to grow.
