The Heart of Grief ~ When we begin to look at death the same way as we do birth; as a continuation of life to be celebrated, grief becomes softer.

So here's a thought. We are all connected spiritually and even though our loved one has moved on, they are always with us. (Think of them as no longer traveling in the same train car as us, but they are ahead in another train car, guiding and protecting us.)

Therefore, through the tears and head hanging low, try to listen while lifting your head up for the signs your loved one is sending you, because they are waiting for you to soften your sorrow.🙏🏽 🫶🏽
