Most women I talk to are not “bad at business.”

But you’d be surprised how many are growing a social following but have no infrastructure to create clients.

My group coaching program was designed to help fix that.

I’ve experienced business burnt out.

I’ve also experienced working constantly but not getting paid and it’s not exactly the same.

As an entrepreneur, it’s easy to tell yourself you need better boundaries, more discipline or a new motivation…

When what you actually need is a structure to your work that gets you paid.

In the early days of my online business I mistook a lack of systems for burnout.

I had a lot of experience, plus clients and testimonials.

What I didn’t have was a system that could hold my business without me pushing it forward every single day.

And I talk to so many women in this exact place.

You can be brilliant, capable, experienced and visible…

But still not structurally paid.

If your income slows down when you slow down… that’s a foundational systems issue.

👀 Most of start out thinking we need to sell from logic…

All the stats, the deliverables, and bonuses you can get!

But buyers make decisions based on emotion.

If your content isn’t converting the way it should, try this:

1. Start with a simple story. One scene-> one shift.

2. Make your client the main character.

3. End with a clear next step they can take.

Stories build connection and that builds trust. Trust leads to easier sales! YAY!

Some days it feels like it’s all uphill but it helps a LOT to celebrate the small wins and to remember we are not in this thing alone.
