ERYT 1500 Senior Level 6 registered teacher. Just as we can look into a still body of water and clearly see reflections of all that is surrounding it, so too when we hold ourselves with a quality of presence, we reflect clarity and stillness.

There is something magical about the stillness required for water to allow reflection.

Nature powerfully show us the beauty, strength, sensitivity and delicateness we are within. Every quality we feel and see resides already in us and we can align at any moment and live in respect to All that is within ✨

Instead the opposite can be felt when we get overrun by thoughts 🤯and get emotional 🥹 We are no longer the clearly reflecting surface of being, we are more like a turbulent, tumultuous sea 🌊 We are feeling these differing qualities in and around us 24/7 🌧️ ☀️

Every moment is therefore an opportunity to re-connect to our natural state of being and reflect the soulful qualities of truth, love, harmony, stillness and joy that are equally within us.

Throughout my 50-year journey as a devoted Yoga practitioner since my teenage years, I’ve been driven by an ardent passion for Yoga Philosophy, which has remained a guiding force in my life.

My immersion in Yoga traditions took me on transformative studies in India and Nepal, culminating in my initiation into the esteemed Tibetan Jonang lineage of Kalachakra, marking a pivotal moment in my spiritual path.
