Since my early childhood, I've always been very active and full of energy. I could never sit still within the frame of 4 walls, because the entire world was out there and I desperately wanted to discover it! Biking, roller blading, running, swimming, sailing, rock climbing... Once in my life I even jumped with a parachute! Then I discovered different fitness routines such as aerobics, interval tra

ining, step- and aqua aerobics, pump power, stretching, pilates and yoga. I fell in love with exercising and it's been one of my greatest addictions :)
I've been teaching different types of work-outs since 2007. At the moment, my life is dedicated to teaching Pilates and Yoga.

Fire cupping outside for the first time today. It was a magical experience🌞🔥 working with the elements has been one of my main focus lately. Rebalancing elements within myself and helping my clients achieve more balance in their life, too. For example, Evan needs a bit more fire and wood in his life. So I did fire cupping on him in the middle of the day, in the sun , surrounded by greenery ☀️🔥🌵🌳🌺 The soundtrack is composed by who is an extremely talented musician and who I love dearly ❤️

I met Brendan at and immediately felt the connection🙌🏻 he offered to teach me some boxing and I said “why not?”. We trained at Mothers Beach in Marina Del Ray 🌅 what a gorgeous environment! The movements he taught me were basic enough for me to grasp and work with on my own later on😉Very grateful for all the wonderful teachers that come into my life 🙏🏻💙

Most people come to to lift weights and “tighten up”. I come to Golds to release tension from my hard working hands and fingers🙌🏻 I use a punching bag as a drum and strike it with my hands and finger tips. The goal is to keep the wrists as lose as possible and relax your hands/fingers when striking🖐🏻 Music and rhythm are essential part of these techniques as they take me away into feelings. I also tend to close my eyes 😌for the majority of time as that also helps me to stay in my body and out of my head👤
Most people don’t realize how much tension their hands harbor from daily use of cell phones, driving, carrying things, etc. ✊🏻coming to the gym just to hold things yet again feels redundant. Let’s work on letting go and loosening our grip on objects and life in general😇

All the climbing and the excitement of being a part of the new community if made my forearms and hands really sore. I also am letting go my heart ache (I just lost my cat, the love of my life!) . Ginger, I know you are happy in heavens, this hand releasing flow goes to you🙏🏻🐱 I will miss you forever ❤️😢

Recipe 🤓Dry stuff: 1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, spices of choice. Wet stuff: 2-3 tbsp of flax/chia with a bit of water (let it sit for 10 min), 1/3 cup oil, 2-3 tbsp syrup or sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tsp of cannabis infused ghee. Mix dry; add wet, mix again, add 1 cup raspberries or other berries or nuts, mix again. Bake for 18-20 min at 350 F 👩🏻‍🍳Makes 6 muffins 😋

I recommend using grass fed ghee, coconut oil, or grass fed butter for this step. I used about 1/3 of an ounce for 1 cup of ghee. Pressure cook in high for 45min
