Eat Healthy Daily. ”Let food be thy medicine”
Your body is giving you the gift of life every day. Connect with your body through gratitude & love. And feed it what it needs. After an intense workout this morning, all I could think of was an Energy Booster. This was heavenly. The flavor is sweet, slightly nutty, and the texture is light: Oatmilk+ kale +spinach+komboca+banana. A super-nutritious plant-based Coconut Chia Granola Parfait with peanut butter+chocagave+h**pseeds+pumpkinseed topped with goji berries+mulberry berries.

Watermelon +orange fruit salad is colorful, energizing, low in sugar & loaded with essential vitamins.
Red Bean Mixed Green Salad: Fresh, flavorful, tossed with all kinds of deliciousness+ basil pesto (so good!); + carrot+ bellpepper+ cherry tomatoes+redonion+grapes+black olives
