Happy Saturday, Lovelies! Jumping on to give you an update on what is happening at HEH. Since March I no longer was employed by a job that offered a great salary and healthcare. I was terribly stressed and burnt out; me mental health was on shakey ground. Since then I have held 2 part time jobs I absolutely love, been doing gig work to supplement income and finding my soul again. I am now able to bring HEH to life the way I always wanted. Stay tuned for further updates.

In 2004 I embarked on my first overseas adventure with Aroma Tours I studied aromatherapy in the south of France and it was an experience I will never forget.

As Jim and I set off for France our hearts are full of gratitude, marking the 30th anniversary of Aroma Tours. For three decades, our boutique tours and retreats have been devoted to celebrating the beauty of place, the richness of presence, and the joy of meaningful connection.

Throughout the years, it has been our delight to share a deep passion for all things aromatic—glorious cuisine, delectable wines, the art of perfumery, fragrant plants, healing essential oils, and the vibrant tapestry of art, history, and culture. And always, in the most exquisite and soul-stirring locations.

This milestone has prompted me to reflect on beauty in all its forms. I feel profoundly grateful for a life woven with love, presence, and heart-centered connection.

And this I’ve come to know: if you have a dream—one that you hold gently, with love and unwavering belief—then when the time is right, that dream will find its way to you.

Morning fun getting the raised bed situated. Picked up my lumber order from and made a 8x4x12 raised bed in my garden house. Filled with cardboard, saved leaves from the Fall and soil. Need to grab more bags bit for now this is the start.
