After spending many years full-time in the corporate marketing world, Jenna followed her heart to Bali to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training program. As a full-time instructor, she guides her students in exploring a shift; in perspective, mind, heart, and physical body, so they leave feeling more inspired, aligned, balanced, and fulfilled.

Introducing: Flow+Tell

The idea for Flow+Tell came to me while on my yoga teacher training over New Year's in Mexico: that yoga could be taken out of the conventional studio and onto beautiful rooftops during sunset followed by a dinner where our newly open hearts and minds would propel us into honest, free and vulnerable conversation. 🙏 Since returning in January, I watched as the lizard brain kept chiming in with thoughts of "It won't work," "No one will be interested" etc. etc. Yet, I continued to soundboard the idea off of friends and teachers, created a plethora of accountability partners, and gained the confidence to spur it into action. My humble thanks to all of you. 🙏 And so tonight, we flow...into the first of what will be many events bringing together yoga, live music and dinner to cultivate connected community and inspire conscious conversation. 🙏 If you'd like to join for a future Flow+Tell or have an amazing rooftop to host a future Flow+Tell, please DM me and be sure to follow Flow+Tell on Facebook and @flowandtellyoga on Instagram.
