I love stuffed cabbage but rarely make it. When my kids were growing up they preferred meatballs which were easier anyway. I've only made it a few times for the holidays.
But the ones pictured here is a recipe l'll just have to try-they are made with cauliflower rice as the filler!! It's low-sugar/low carb.
Let me know if you want me to hook you up with the recipe!

People who are attempting to lose weight should go easy on the nuts, because as nutritious as they are, they are high in calories and fats. Remember- a little goes a long way!

A proper serving size is only 1 ounce, which is roughly 1/4 a cup. If it is a good trigger for you and you can’t stick to one portion, it’s better not to start!

But if you can keep to a serving size, ( maybe pre-proportion it out, that’s what I used to do) then using nuts as a healthy snack packs a great nutrition wallop!

Sometimes we choose to give up the good in order to go for the great!

Yes that’s piece of cakes tastes good in that one moment. But it not even a tiny bit close to how good it is to have a lifetime of health, to look great, to feel great, to have the energy to do all the things we want to do! Trust me, it’s nowhere close.

So if we could train our brains to focus on the right things we can be so successful.

Not to say “ darn, I can’t have that cake”, but to say “ I can have that cake if I want , but I ChOOSE to pick things that will bring me closer to my goal, that will make me feel good, and that will give me the energy I need”!

It’s all about proper mindset, baby!
