The Universe Cares

So there I was, with the ball ⚽️ on my feet about kick it hard, little did I know, the opponent had the same on his mind. And then Boom! 💥 we both kicked… but the other guy aimed for my big toe.

I ended up fracturing it.

At this point, my activities revolved around taking care of people, playing soccer, dancing and of course, enjoying all of
This means that with a fractured toe, I was not dancing, not playing soccer

Taking care of people was it and I love it!

But with all this extra time, I knew the universe had set all this up for me. Which means that it was time to go within, work on my self, emotionally and spiritually.

Sometimes we see situations as being IN THE WAY of our lives. But it’s important to take a step back see the order of it all and how life events (positive or negative) are just ON THE WAY of the journey.

In this case, the universe sent me the message to SLOW DOWN

The Power Of Emotions ~

For many decades now, research has shown the impact of how our mental and emotional state can have on our physiology.

But how often do we really take the time to reflect on how we’re feeling at any given moment? Are we truly present or do our minds always wonder about the future or the past?

These subtle thoughts can distort our perception of our reality and lead us to worry, have fear, anger and many other emotions. When these thoughts and feelings accumulate, many physical and systemic conditions can develop.

But just as much of how our mental/emotional state can cause these conditions, they also have the power to heal, increase one’s vitality and longevity.

But it all starts with being truly present and honest with where we are emotionally, to know which action steps to take.

Healing your Mini-Me

Healing your Inner Self, what does that really mean? It journey can happen in many ways.

Physically - this can be dealing with past traumas (emotional or physical) that have left significant adaptation patterns within the muscles, the joints and the fascia. These can be unconscious muscle contractions leading to imbalanced posture and discomfort.

Emotionally - Our inner child can be our mini-me. Connecting back to what would bring us joy and fulfillment when we were children. But also working on the hurts of our inner child. Doing both is always key.

Spiritually- The Soul. S. O. U. L. - Spirit Of Unconditional Love. Connecting to your spiritual calling and that inner breath of inspiration and brings tears to the eye. The inner feeling of joy and fulfillment. Connect to your inner calling to birth a higher meaning for your existence.

And in the end you’ll nourish your Mini-Me to grow into the Inner Giant Within!

When you control the Breath you control the Mind 🧿

Do you sometimes hold your breath?

There are many breath patterns that we unconsciously hold on to. And it’s important to take the journey to know if these are from emotional or physical shifts in our lives.

Many practitioners have correlated breath patterns with many different conditions.

But mastering your breath can allow you to maximize your healing and life potential.

Many yoga practices have offered these tools for hundreds of years now. Some of which that changed my life.

And more recently has amazing programs that I’ve become a fan of.

We would say it’s just like Love. When we have unconditional love for someone, we fall in love with the Process of Expressing It.

Focusing on activities that fire you up, that bring you fulfillment, that give you meaning and bring inspiring tears to your eyes… those activities are the expressions of self love.

Thus the more your actions reflect unconditional love to yourself the more you’ll find them Worthwhile, Worth the Time, Worth the Money and Worth the Energy.
