Resiliency

My mission and passion comes from a very difficult and personal journey with Mental Health which started at the age of 17. From the many relapses, psychothery and therapy; I was able to learn techniques on how to manage the stressors that was hindering my “Normal state of mind”. Throughout the years I struggled, yet managed: work, life, relationships and family.

How I manged to stay afloat many asked with my diagnoses at work (stress) and family matters? It is with more reason why I want to share my journey and how i was able to handle it all. Many suffer in silence, that ends TODAY! You are not alone! I am here to guide you and inspire you to brake those chains that are keeping you back from achieving and becoming your better self.
