Many people ask what I use for learning more about spirituality, human and spiritual consciousness and manifesting.

There are many tools and sources of education. But Gaia is definitely a great way to learn thru videos.

I highly recommend Gaia to everyone. It is an app, but you can get the channel on Amazon Prime for the same price. FYI.

Building upon my last post about energy and how to manifest your dreams coming true...

This is part of the shadow work we must do within ourselves.

Digging deep is uncomfortable because it uncovers all the s**t we have been trying to ignore, pacify, hope it will go away if we ignore it, move on from it etc etc etc.

Thats the problem.
We need to deal with these emotions. As ugly and dark as it can be, these are parts of us that need healing.

I want to also say...
I AM NOT PERFECT
Nor do I ever want or try to be
I AM ME
Wounded warrior
Hopeless romantic
Blinded by the light
Forever trying to make others happy and always disappointed because that isn't the right way to think or be
Riddled with anger and resentment that bubble up in me when I lose control
Baffled by constant moral & ethical wrongs in the world
Always doing the right thing
While others dont and are rewarded
I battle with myself daily, what i could do, who i should be, when i should be meeting certain goals in my life
I know, I am my worst enemy
Bottomline

So, I do the work. Shadow work.
I dig, I remove, I replace, I learn, I keep learning, I hurt, I reflect and so it keeps going.

And thus, I realize how to elevate my life, my energy, my well being, my livlihood.

I am responsible for me.

You want change?
You must change.

As the saying goes...you can't keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.

I would like to share my thoughts on transformation / manifestation...since we are on the young waxing of the New Moon (which is all about dreams, wishes, and manifesting)

We start this thought on ENERGY.
People wonder "why do the same things keep repeating in my life"?
Why do I keep meeting the same types of potential partners, friends, jobs, situations, homes etc.

It is simple. It starts first with your energy.
When you baseline of who you are is built of falsities, lies, and basic bulls**t....the Universe validates your feelings by returning to you people places and things that are of the same energy (falsities, lies, bulls**t). When you lie, people will lie to you. When you show up false (untrue to self) you will have people places and things show up that are false to you.

Okay, so how do we change?
How do we make the shift? Pivot?

You must get CLEAN.
You must come CLEAN, with yourself, and others.
You must dig deep to what is YOUR truth.

Then and only then, can you ever have a chance of living an authentic, genuinely loving, prosperous life...
IF THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT!

how to start the process? seems overwhelming? it can be if you allow it. here are some suggestions:
1. Journaling. Yes thought to paper reinforces your energy of what you WANT. Be as real and raw as possible. CRY IF YOU MUST, but keep writing it down! No one is watching. No one is critisizing, no one is judging or laughing. ONLY you, a paper and a pen! Keep it by your bedside. When we dream, we are in our subconscious state, and this is where the MAGIC happens.

2. Keep writing. Write often, Write everything you WANT.
Write what you really want, even if in your mind you think it is IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Remember, IMPOSSIBLE breaks down to IM POSSIBLE!

3. Keep your words positve! Ex: if you want a healthy relationship with ###, say that. don't say, i dont want to fight anymore with ### otherwise the universe will send you more fighting with ###. Get it?

4. Dream! DREAM BIG! this is your writing. it is deeply personal and for no one elses eyes. so feel free to dream for anything!

At the end of the day, we ourselves are the only ones to blame for who and where we stand in this life. Your have the POWER to create the life of your dreams.

Even a plant will find the light to grow thru concrete!

Go with GOD
Go into the LIGHT!

It has occurred to me that most of our worlds divisiveness, hate, anger, self doubt, pain, struggle, etc etc etc all those negative emotions...stem from FEAR.

FEAR is ENERGY
(aka False evidence appearing real)

It has also occurred to me, much of our fear stems from the focus of money, worry about not having enough, worry about bills, worry about our ability to pay for ours and our families health and future.

MONEY is ENERGY

So how do we shift?
How do we pivot our thinking, to create a new outcome?

It is simple. Change your beliefs. Change your mindset around money. What do I mean?
Here it is....
There is more than enough money to go around for EVERYONE! Stop thinking from a LACK mindset. Then you will always lack. When you understand the energy of money, and respect the ENERGY of money, you will realize....there is no one taking anything from you!
You are your only BLOCK. Get out of your way. Be accountable to self. When you do this, your energy will shift. Your life will pivot. Abundance is available to EVERYONE.

So this divisivness you see in the world today....it's just a whole lot of scaredy cats worried that someone is going to take something from them!
That can never be true.
Money is ENERGY
ENERGY is EVERYWHERE
And available to EVERYONE.

Clear your own blocks!
Then abundance will flow in!
