There is no such thing as failure, only feedback.

When you make this presupposition, you are maintaining a state of curiosity and will learn something in any situation, no matter how unpleasant. Feedback becomes information about how to change your behavior, not a statement of your self worth. This way of thinking helps you go forward in your life learning from your experiences. Most major breakthroughs in the world came after unsuccessful tries, with the inventor, entrepreneur etc. learning and improving.

Choosing the lens through which you see the world can really impact your outlook on life. Don’t passively go along, be an active participant.

Day 64/100: The waxing and waning phases (and faces) of the heart isn’t too different than the moon 🌚 🌝.
A couple weeks ago I painted an image of “other kinds of heartache” and it had me thinking that there is a whole spectrum of hearts in between Wholeness and Brokenness.
It’s reassuring to remember that even the heart has its cycles. You may not feel fully “whole” all the time and that’s ok. You will also not be broken forever. The waxing and waning of the heart is what keeps life dynamic and beautiful. 🖤

A daily routine is recommended in Ayurveda ((Dinacharya)) one that brings vibrancy and joy to body, mind and soul.
The traditional routine can be quite elaborate, so here we will start by sharing some simple yet life changing basics for your Morning Routine:•rise before the sun. Even if your tired, waking up before or with the sun gives energy!•scrape your tongue with a tongue scraper which stimulates digestion and elimination, preferably a copper scraper.•Drink a large glass of warm water – with lemon.•Evacuate bladder & bowls( ideally within 1 hour if waking)•yoga, breathing techniques and meditation•daily self massage ((abhyanga))•shower•breakfast (starting with a strewed apple would be wonderful, though breakfast may vary depending on body type
