Located on the border of northern Brooklyn and western Queens, Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is a 350-bed teaching hospital. A dedicated staff of 1,800 physicians, nurses and support personnel represent thirty-five distinct languages and cultures. Wyckoff Heights Medical Center has been providing medical care to the community since 1889. Today, we see 75,000 visits annually in our Pediatric/Adult

Emergency Departments, deliver 2,000 babies, offer outpatient services to thousands at our network of community ambulatory care centers and present extensive community health education and screening programs.

The safety of our community is our top priority at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. With temperatures soaring, an Extreme Heat Advisory is in effect. Please take precautions to stay safe:

Wyckoff Heights Medical Center has received the American College of Cardiologyโ€™s NCDR Chest Pain ฬถ MI Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award for 2025!

We are proud to be one of only 323 hospitals nationwide to receive this distinguished honor having demonstrated sustained achievement in specific performance measures reported in the Chest Pain ฬถ MI Registry.

Registry participation engages hospitals in a robust quality improvement process where using data helps identify and drive improvement effort and ensures adherence to guideline recommendations. In this way the overall quality of care provided to heart attack patients at our facility is prioritized by our healthcare team.
