I’m not a real cardio person. Even when preparing for competitions I would do more weight training and stronger diet rather than cardio. With Kaged Muscle In-Kaged I don’t have to worry about burning my muscle as much as fat while doing cardio. It’s a great intro workout supplement that will help you maintain muscle while you’re burning calories. Will also give you more energy to push harder and longer feeling the pump and not fatigue.

High cable curls is a great bicep exercise. I use it as a finisher last exercise for biceps after they been fatigued. Make sure to curl 💪with straight arms slightly towards the ears 👂.
