We’re excited to share the success of NYPCC’s Academy first-ever in-person, all-day Thrive: Therapist Professional Development Conference!
Designed for clinicians in their first one to four years at the Agency, this full-day event focused on learning and connection while offering the opportunity to earn your continuing education credits. Highlights included a keynote on Trauma-Focused Play Therapy and Expressive Arts Interventions, a timely panel on A.I. & Digital Technology in Clinical Practice, and a dynamic Seeking Safety workshop that provided practical tools clinicians can immediately integrate into their work.
From meaningful peer connection to skill-building and professional growth, Thrive embodied our commitment to investing in our therapists and strengthening our clinical community to better serve our clients - and this is just the beginning, so stay tuned for more to come!
