Doing well so far
feeling like having a fish meal today but I am hanging in there with these juices.
Here are so.e benefits of the ingredients in my juice blend:

Days 5 and 6 of the End of Year cleanse went well. That soursop blend was awesome. Definitely was worth having on Thanksgiving 😊 I even broke out the crystal wares to make it feel extra special.
*Best news of my day is that I am now below 200 pounds. First since 2020.
That is something to cheer about.

End of Year Juice and Herb Cleanse
Quite a journey and still in progress. I look forward to closing out the day by 6PM. I think I will be able to do that next week. I am very thankful that I have been able to stick with the program up to this point. I have no doubt I will finish strong midnight December 31st.

Day 3 of End of Year Juice and Herb Cleanse is going well.
Today has been a breeze really. I have been drinking the other half of the juices from yesterday.
One thing I can say is that the weight loss I am experiencing is dramatic. I also take a multi vitamin tablet along with Vitamin D3 and an iron tablet periodically.
I need to do more weight lifting for sure...
