Day 4 is here… and I officially made it through the 3-day water fast. Yesterday was intense — a little fatigue, a LOT of detoxing (too much to describe 😅) — but it was powerful.
This morning I checked my blood pressure and it’s already down from my last reading. Progress on day 4 is wild to see in real time. 🙏🏽💙
Today I’m breaking the fast gently with:
🥭 Papaya — great for the gut, digestion & inflammation
🥒 Green Juice — celery, cucumber, ginger & green apple
💧 Spring water + coconut water throughout the day
This next phase is all about ease, hydration, minerals, and slowly waking the digestive system back up.
