a real eye and mind opening read. although it is overly simplified from the professional literature of bowlsby and ainsworth and other attachment theoreticians, i am looking forward to bringing this frame into my practice (and my life!) in a fresh way. this book is extremely readable. i am tearing through it! anybody interested in a new look at relationship difficulty (and potential) might find this helpful.
