Who’s coming to our LAST FREE coffee of 2025?!?
Tomorrow, Tuesday at 8:15am, doors open at 8 so you can grab a coffee from , we start promptly at 8:30am and go until about 9:15am with the option to hang and chat after —or stay and get a day pass to work for the day!!

Word is: wear red if you’re feeling festive and it is easy and fun —because guess what—we don’t need any s**t that feels like we “have to” and honestly most of us are part of the “we do not care” Club these days. So, if it’s fun and you have red in your closet, wear it! If not, don’t!! We welcome you anyway.

Couldn’t be more grateful for a weekend filled with rest and rejuvenating treatments curated and executed by Sarah of !
Filled with admiration and gratitude for her and this life we get to live, in this beautiful state we call home!!

My Christmas Market Experience in Quebec City is open for registration! December 4-7, 2025!

I have 5 spaces left. This experience will be three nights in Old Quebec in a private Maison, right in the heart of the old city. Accommodations and breakfast daily provided as well as a few group visits to the Christmas Markets and a tour of Old Quebec! Lunches and Dinners are on your own. Lots of time to explore and adventure if you wish—take a day to visit the thermal spa—or spend the day wandering the antique shops!

Today I celebrate owning the feeling of being back in flow 🌊 —being alive and even through the slog -feeling moments of joy, light, and connection.

Celebrating an incredible 30 women today at a networking event that I co-created and co-facilitate at each month.

Celebrating wearing RED even though it’s not my best color —cause it makes me happy. 😆

Post inspired by and my friend Katie even though she would not approve of this color. She approves of the sentiment.
