🌱 Souls need Goals 🌱 Ever notice that when you’re Focused & practicing Reflective Mindfulness, the nonsense, the worry, the tension melts away?!
Listening to Susie Moore & Ainslie MacLeon this morning reminded me of the science-soul connection: Our Mindful Intention, Inner Guidance + The Brain!
In classes & sessions, we’ve learned about our RAS - the part of our brain that FOCUSES
on where we mindfullly,
or unconsciously,
put our attention
… then the brain FILTERS OUT the rest.
🌊 Mindfully practiced, we can be more AWARE of our RAS & adjust our brain’s focus 🌦️
🌸🌤️ Learning about how our brains work, helps us skip over so many unnecessary detours & tangents!
