Relief from Anxiety Is Possible with EMDR
If you're feeling overwhelmed by constant worry, fear, or tension, EMDR therapy can help you break free. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based treatment that helps calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and heal the root causes of distress.

This approach gently guides your brain to reprocess troubling memories and anxious patterns, allowing you to feel more grounded, relaxed, and in control. Whether your anxiety stems from past trauma or ongoing stress, EMDR can help you:

Reduce excessive worry

Reprocess and release traumatic experiences

Feel more relaxed and at ease

Strengthen your ability to cope with life’s challenges

Let’s work together to help you feel calmer, more confident, and fully present in your life.

Heal from the Inside Out with IFS Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps individuals struggling with addiction by addressing the emotional pain that fuels compulsive behaviors. Rather than labeling parts of yourself as “bad” or “broken,” IFS helps you understand that addiction is often driven by protective parts trying to shield you from deeper wounds.

Through compassionate, non-judgmental exploration, IFS guides you to:

Identify and heal the wounded parts that carry trauma, shame, or unmet needs

Build a relationship with protective parts that use substances to cope

Strengthen your core Self, fostering self-leadership, balance, and resilience

Reduce cravings and relapse by creating lasting internal harmony

IFS doesn’t just treat symptoms—it transforms your relationship with yourself, making long-term recovery not only possible, but sustainable.

Healing from Trauma is Possible

Trauma impacts both the mind and body, causing intrusive thoughts, emotional dysregulation, fatigue, and chronic stress. If you're experiencing symptoms like anxiety, memory issues, sleep disturbances, or physical tension, you're not alone—and you don’t have to face it alone.

I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma using evidence-based approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. These powerful, trauma-informed modalities are designed to target the root causes of distress, gently process unresolved experiences, and restore emotional balance.

Whether you're struggling with the effects of childhood trauma, recent events, or ongoing stress, I offer a compassionate, structured path toward recovery.

Let’s work together to help you feel safe in your mind and body again.

Heal from the Inside Out with EMDR Therapy
Are you carrying the weight of past trauma, anxiety, or painful memories that won’t go away? Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help you process and heal from emotional wounds—without having to relive them in detail.

EMDR helps your brain reprocess distressing experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming. Whether you're struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, or negative self-beliefs, EMDR can help you regain control, build emotional resilience, and move forward with confidence.

If you’re ready to feel lighter, more balanced, and emotionally free, EMDR therapy could be the breakthrough you’ve been searching for.

Reflect on the emotions, thoughts, sensations, or memories that challenge you. Decide what to set aside for now. Picture the perfect container in your mind, large and durable enough to hold these elements. It could be a box, a shipping container, or any secure object. See it clearly, noting its size, color, and other details. This container is your safe space for overwhelming emotions and thoughts, a protective place to put aside what's too intense for the moment. Visualize placing each difficult thought or emotion inside, watching them get securely stored. Seal the container tightly, locking it carefully, signifying that these challenges are now contained and won't overpower you now. Place the container in a safe spot, out of reach but where it imparts security. Feel the relief and safety as you close it, creating a special place for these emotions when needed. Remember, this container is always there for you. When ready, you can open it and process these feelings in a supported, intentional way.
