Here’s the truth:
1. Spot reduction doesn’t work, you can’t target fat loss in one area of your body no matter how many crunches you do.
2. Belly fat comes from overall body fat, so the only way to reduce it is through a combination of consistent exercise, better nutrition, and stress management.
3. Crunches do have benefits, they strengthen your core muscles, but if your goal is a smaller waistline, you need a complete plan.
