In the driest months, when water is scarce and the sun scorches the land, families struggle to grow crops, feed themselves, and maintain their health. Many face food shortages, lost income, and greater challenges in sustaining their well-being. 💔

Through our Solar Mechanized Borehole wells and support with farming resources, training, and guidance, communities can continue dry season farming. Families are able to grow crops, earn income, and access safe water, improving nutrition and overall health. This initiative doesn’t just provide water and food, it creates sustainable livelihoods, strengthens local economies, and builds resilient communities. Families now have the tools to thrive even when the rains stop. 🌱

In Sewarinsa, Builsa North District of Ghana’s Upper East Region, access to clean water was once a daily struggle. During the peak of the dry season, women and children were forced to walk miles under intense heat to access water, placing daily life, education, and health at risk.

Now, hope flows within reach of the community. 💙

During Colleen’s visit, we saw the impact of compassion turned into action. Through the generosity of Abrams & McKeever LLC, Sewarinsa now has access to clean, reliable water—bringing relief to families who have waited far too long. The Sewarinsa community has expressed deep gratitude. Clean water means improved health, renewed dignity, and the opportunity for a future no longer shaped by constant struggle.

She may earn little, but every skill she shares changes everything for her family. We saw firsthand in rural Ghana how women wake up before dawn, juggling household chores, childcare, and the daily struggle to make ends meet.

Through our economic empowerment programs, women gain the tools to transform their lives. Vocational training, microloans, mentorship, and financial literacy education tailored to local needs help them not only survive but also build businesses, lead their households, and create opportunities for themselves and their families.
