Have a wonderful Fourth of July!!! Today we celebrate freedom and independence of our great nation. As we celebrate, let’s also remember that the most important type freedom we can find lies within ourselves. This country offers us incredible opportunities, but the biggest challenge for many of us is to free ourselves from our own doubts and inhibitions so that we can actually seek the opportunities we truly want to seek. Zumba Gold is an excellent low impact workout for all ages. I will provide my own toning sticks that can also be used as maracas! So we will have some fun! Hello Zumba Lovers! I would love to invite you to register for my Zumba Gold/Toning classes in Larchmont and Scarsdale! Registration is now open, and both links and descriptions are posted below. I hope to see you there!

I would like to announce two Zumba Gold/Toning Classes I will be teaching this fall in Larchmont and Scarsdale. The locations are Larchmont Temple and Westchester Reform Temple. Excellent, low impact workout with toning elements.

My class in Larchmont starts on 9/20, and my class in Scarsdale starts on 10/04. Please feel free to register, and please, if you wish, share with your friends. Both registration links are posted below.
