Our services extend to both the geriatric adult who may require 24 hour skilled nurs

ing care, as well as to the younger adult who is in need of cognitive and rehabilitation programs. Elmhurst Care Center is licensed by the Department of Health and is certified to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
