Early morning typing sessions. 4:00 AM never felt so good. I channel so much after meditation. I have decided to publish my long awaited eight limbs of yoga book the first quarter of 2026 BEFORE launching the 300 hour yoga teacher training because my book needs to be one of the textbooks. So, slight shift in timeline but necessary one. Stay tuned!!!
