I am a Certified Yoga Instructor, Cannabis Healer, a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, offering combination of services to promote optimal healing. My practice focuses on supporting moms/caregivers who need to be taken care of, healing with movement and therapeutic touch. Self-care using nature's medicine -cannabis- can be helpful for our parenting skills and patience. Together, these modalities are brought to your door/neighborhood, as we offer busy moms/caregivers a way to find balance in their lives and keep you on track to emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.
