Happy Holidays from the Boom Health Navigation Team! As this year comes to an end and the new one nears, there are so many new and exciting things in store here at the Boom Health Wellness Center on 161st and Third. With this in mind, the CDC Health Navigation page is getting its official launch! Casework clients working with the CDC Health Navigator (currently Miles Parone) will be able to get updates as they come, stay in the know at the Wellness Center, schedule or reschedule appointments, submit inquiries, share and receive resources among peers, and be a part of the Boom Health family!
